US is “carefully studying” the victory plan
Ukrainian presidential spokesperson Serhii Nikiforov denied Western media reports that the Ukrainian victory plan was met with “no enthusiasm” in the United States.
“The Western media used various epithets: that the victory plan was received with coolness, with no enthusiasm, and skepticism. But this is not true. It was received with great interest,” he emphasized.

Children abused in rehabilitation center
Children in a children's educational and rehabilitation center in the Lviv region may have been physically, psychologically and sexually abused, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said.
The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, said that the head of the institution had been suspended for the duration of the inspection.
Energoatom top manager detained for bribery
The Security Service of Ukraine detained one of the officials of Energoatom for bribery. A bail of UAH 1 million has already been imposed on him.
