MSECs should be liquidated
The Verkhovna Rada is to consider a draft law that would eliminate medical and social expert commissions.
The government said that after the liquidation of the MSEC, a digital transparent European model will be introduced.
The SBU noted that in 2024, 64 MSEC officials were suspected, and 9 have already been convicted.
Recently, law enforcement officers searched the home of the head of the Mykolaiv MSEC and her son during an investigation into a mobilization evasion scheme. 450 thousand dollars and a collection of jewelry were found in their possession. A Russian passport was also found in the son's possession.
Prosecutor General of Ukraine resigns
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andrii Kostin has announced his resignation amid scandals over disability benefits for prosecutors.
Earlier, Ekonomichna Pravda wrote that there may be three times as many people with disabilities in the prosecutor's office than the average among the population, and 38% of the chiefs.
Media: South Korea may send its military to Ukraine
The American magazine Newsweek, citing South Korean media, writes that South Korea may provide Ukraine with assistance in the form of its military and intelligence data in response to North Korea's actions.
In particular, the South Korean military will be able to interrogate DPRK soldiers if they are captured by Ukrainian troops.

Zelenskyy denies plans to replace Budanov and Umerov
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy did not confirm that he planned to dismiss the Chief of the Defence Intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, and Defense Minister Rustem Umierov.
“I was not going to do this. I was not going to replace Budanov. This information was circulating, yes. There was no such question about Umierov either,” Zelenskyy said.
Klitschko suspends his deputy after journalists' investigation

Political prisoner Sinchenko is being held in the “most brutal detention center” in Russia
