Russia again attacks Ukraine with drones, missiles, aerial bombs. Air defense shoots down 50 UAVs
Overnight, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile, guided aerial bombs, 80 Shahed 131/136 kamikaze drones, as well as unspecified drones. Anti-aircraft defense neutralized 50 enemy drones, reported the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Russians launched a missile over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast from Rostov Oblast, and aerial bombs — over Kharkiv Oblast. The enemy launched drones from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The aerial attack was repulsed by anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces.
As of 8:30 a.m., the interception of 50 drones in Kyiv, Sumy, Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Kirovohrad oblasts has been confirmed. Another 27 enemy drones were lost on radar in various regions of Ukraine.
Consequences of attacks
On the evening of November 3, Russian troops hit Kharkiv with several aerial bombs. One of them aimed at a supermarket near high-rise buildings. As a result of the attack, 14 people were injured.
The enemy also launched a missile attack on the Dnipro district. According to the report of regional governor Serhiy Lysak, a fire broke out at the place of the impact, which was extinguished. Infrastructure facilities were damaged, and there were no casualties.
