WP: Trump discussed war with Putin
The newly elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, discussed the war in Ukraine by phone with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, writes the Washington Post with reference to sources.
Trump allegedly advised Putin not to escalate the war in Ukraine, recalling the "significant military presence" of the United States in Europe.
At the same time, the spokesman of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, reported "positive signals" in Trump's position regarding Russia's war with Ukraine.
And the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, said that the USA will soon announce declarations about the date of the ceasefire, the demarcation line and security guarantees for Ukraine.
Attack on the military unit in Bryansk
On November 10, the Russian city of Bryansk was attacked by Ukrainian drones. The General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that warehouses with ammunition were hit.
At least eight explosions were recorded on the territory of the local military unit.
France will send a new batch of SCALP and Mistral missiles
France will soon send Ukraine a new batch of SCALP cruise missiles and anti-aircraft missiles for the Mistral MANPADS.
France will also continue the training of 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers.
NYT: Russia gathered 50,000 troops in Kursk Oblast
For the offensive in Kursk Oblast, Russia has assembled a group of 50,000 troops, including North Korean soldiers. The offensive may begin in the coming days, writes the New York Times.
Meanwhile, Russian leader Vladimir Putin signed the bill on Russia's strategic partnership with North Korea into law, which provides for mutual defense.
Pompeo and Haley will not join the Trump administration
Mike Pompeo and Nikki Haley, members of the Republican Party who advocated further military aid to Ukraine, will not join the new administration of the newly elected US President Donald Trump.

Ukrainian women who wanted to buy diplomas were detained in Poland
In Poland, three female teachers of one of the universities of Odesa were detained, who tried to buy 60 diplomas from one of the educational institutions of Warsaw for $40,000.
The previous rector of this collegium was detained even earlier on suspicion of forging documents.
The USA launched a rocket into space with the project of Ukrainian schoolchildren
On November 4, a SpaceX-31 cargo craft was launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida. On board was an experimental space project of schoolchildren from Lviv Oblast on the study of microgravity.
