Trump has appointed a special envoy for the war in Ukraine

President-elect Donald Trump has appointed retired general Keith Kellogg as a special envoy on the war in Ukraine.

According to Reuters, Kellogg presented Trump with a plan to end the Russo-Ukrainian war. In June, the agency wrote that its plan involves freezing hostilities on the current front line and forcing negotiations to begin.

Opposition Platform councillor Vladyslav Kaskiv is trying to "take away" land plots from local entrepreneurs in the village of Pylypets in Zakarpattia Oblast for the construction of a ski resort.
