Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the newly elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, in the Elysee Palace. It lasted only 35 minutes.
Zelenskyy called the meeting "good" and "productive".
Notre Dame Cathedral was opened in France
Notre Dame officially opened its doors for the first time in five and a half years after a devastating fire in 2019. About 50 heads of state and government were invited to the solemn ceremony, including Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The Archbishop of Paris opened the Cathedral by knocking three times on its door with a staff made of its burnt beams. Later, the address of the Pope was read out there and its 13-meter organ sounded.
The second batch of F-16 fighters from Denmark arrived in Ukraine
The second batch of Danish F-16 fighters has already arrived in Ukraine.

The Ministry of Culture dismissed the head of the Strategic Communications Center, who is accused of supporting Medvedchuk
By its order, the Ministry of Culture dismissed the acting director of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security Serhiy Bykov. He is accused of working for the former MP Viktor Medvedchuk, although Bykov himself denied all the accusations.
Prior to this, the department promised that after the re-registration of the Center was completed, the Ministry of Culture would conduct an open and transparent selection to appoint a new manager.
Ukrainian naval drones attacked Russian targets in occupied Crimea
Fighters of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed Russian surveillance systems located on captured gas platforms near the coast of temporarily occupied Crimea with the help of naval drones.
