Russian attack in Sumy kills four people. Nine injured
Four people died in Sumy after a Russian drone hit a high-rise building. At least nine people were injured, reported the State Emergency Service and the Sumy City Council.
According to the Sumy Oblast Military Administration, four people were killed.
As a result of the overnight attack on one of the 10-story residential buildings in Sumy, nine people are already known to have been wounded, including one child.
Emergency rescue and search operations are ongoing.
During their work, emergency responders managed to save four people, including one child, and also evacuated 118 people.
As a result of the attack, at least nine apartments and 12 balconies were destroyed.
The electricity, water, and heating supplies to the building where the fire occurred have been cut off. There is also no gas supply in one entry section.
