First Mirage aircraft from France already in Ukraine – Defense Minister Lecornu

The first batch of Mirage 2000 fighter jets provided by France has arrived in Ukraine, French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu announced on X.
Ukrainian pilots have completed several months of training on these aircraft and are now ready to participate in defending Ukrainian airspace.

Later, French media outlet La Tribune reported, citing sources, that three aircraft would be delivered to Ukraine in the first quarter of 2025.
