Ukraine’s Defense Inteliigence hacks Russia's Tupolev design bureau, exposes strategic aviation data

Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (DIU) executed a cyberattack on Russia’s Tupolev Aviation Design Bureau, extracting over 4.4 gigabytes of strategic data and defacing its website with a symbolic owl, hromadske’s own sources said.
The attack compromised sensitive information, including executive correspondence, personal details of Tupolev personnel, residential addresses, engineer resumes, procurement records, and protocols of closed meetings.
The military intelligence maintained prolonged control over Tupolev’s document flow to access the 4.4 gigabytes of critical data.
The intelligence agency also hacked Tupolev’s official website, displaying an image of an owl clutching a Russian aircraft.
