Russian troops destroy Kherson Oblast Military Administration building in second attack in one day
Russian forces destroyed the Kherson Oblast State Administration building in a second attack on Thursday, creating a crater down to the first floor, regional head Oleksandr Prokudin and local outlet Most reported.
The second strike followed an earlier assault that morning, when Russian troops dropped four guided aerial bombs on central Kherson within 15 minutes, injuring two men and damaging the administration building.
Witnesses reported three explosions during the later attack, which reduced the building to rubble. Information on additional casualties is being clarified.
