Russia strikes Zaporizhzhia dorm, homes, injuring 11 people

Russian forces hammered Zaporizhzhia and the region with at least 20 drones and eight missiles overnight into Thursday, destroying a dormitory and damaging homes in the city, wounding 11 including six young children, regional governor Ivan Fedorov reported.
In particular, Russians struck a dormitory — several of its floors were destroyed, and rescuers are still searching for people under the rubble.
In addition, five apartment buildings and several private homes sustained damage, along with other infrastructure sites. Currently, 11 people are known to be injured, including six children aged 3 to 6.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast also suffered from the overnight Russian attack. Settlements like Bilenke, Kamyanske, Orihiv, Malynivka and Rivnopillia came under airstrikes. Fedorov said another group of populated areas faced a total of 481 drones of various types (mostly FPV).
Stepnohirsk, Malynivka, Uspenivka and Bilohirya were shelled with multiple rocket launchers, while Russian artillery fired 245 times at the areas of Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaypole, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka and Charivne.
