Drones attack port in Russia's Krasnodar Krai. Syzran oil refinery also reportedly hit
Drones attacked Russia's Krasnodar Krai overnight into Friday. The city of Temryuk, home to a seaport, came under fire, according to the regional operational headquarters.
As a result of the drone attack, the city's port infrastructure was damaged. A fire broke out at the attack site, which Russian rescuers are trying to extinguish.
In addition, according to the Russian Telegram channel ASTRA, the Syzran oil refinery in Russia's Samara Oblast was also targeted. Syzran Mayor Sergei Volodchenkov confirmed that the city came under drone attack overnight.
Russia's Defense Ministry claimed that air defenses destroyed 41 drones attacking Russian regions.
