Ukrainian forces strike two Russian oil rigs in Caspian Sea – General Staff
Ukraine’s Defense Forces have struck two Russian drilling platforms in the northern Caspian Sea, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
The targets were the ice-resistant stationary platform LSP-2 at the V.I. Grayfer field and the LSP-1 platform at the Yuri Korchagin field.
Both platforms are located almost 1,000 kilometers from the line of contact and were supplying fuel and lubricants to the Russian army, the General Staff said.
