Taganrog plant hit, FSB patrol ship near Sevastopol damaged in last week's attacks — General Staff
Workshops at Taganrog’s Atlant Aero plant were destroyed and damaged, and an FSB patrol ship was hit near Sevastopol, Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed.
At the Atlant Aero enterprise, the Molniya drone and components for the Orion UAV are designed, manufactured and tested. On April 19, Ukrainian Neptune missiles destroyed two and damaged four additional production facilities.
During the April 22 strike on Sevastopol in occupied Crimea, a Project 22460 patrol guard ship of the FSB Border Service of the Russian Federation was also hit. Damage to the ship’s bridge was confirmed there.
Overnight into April 19, Rostov Oblast Governor Yuri Slusar reported a missile attack on the city of Taganrog. According to him, commercial infrastructure was damaged there, including a fire on the grounds of warehouse facilities.
The Telegram channel Exilenova wrote that the likely target in Taganrog was LLC Taganrog Automobile Plant (TagAZ), on whose grounds Atlant Aero is located.
