Russia attacks Kramatorsk for the second time in a day, killing 2 and injuring 6
The number of dead and injured has doubled as a result of repeated Russia’s attack on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. In total, 2 people were killed, and 6 were injured, says head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
The first time, the Russian forces hit a site near an apartment building and a parking lot. One person was killed, and three were injured, two of them were seriously wounded. The city was attacked a second time around noon, which doubled the number of victims. The extent of material damage is currently being determined.
Situation in the region
During the day, the Russians attacked settlements in the Donetsk region 33 times.
In the Kramatorsk district, a person was killed in Mykolaivka, a private house and a car were damaged; in Raihorodok, a private house was damaged. In Sloviansk, 2 people were injured, an administrative building, an infrastructure facility and a car were damaged. In Iversky, Novodonetsk hromada, infrastructure was damaged. In Druzhkivka, one person was injured, an apartment building and a hotel were damaged.
701 people were evacuated from the front line, including 73 children.
