Ukraine's Defense Forces hit Russian radar station, drone control points, supply depots
Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck a Russian radar station, supply depots, and drone control points on July 20 and overnight into July 21, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
The attacks were carried out as part of efforts to reduce Russia’s military and economic potential.
According to the General Staff, Ukrainian forces struck a Bussol-S radar station near the settlement of Khorly in the occupied part of Kherson Oblast. Russian forces used the station to detect, track, and coordinate support for maritime targets.
Ukrainian troops also hit three Russian storage sites:
- an ammunition depot in Kundriuche on the occupied part of Luhansk Oblast;
- a warehouse of material and technical supplies in Davydovske in Donetsk Oblast;
- a logistics supply depot near Popovo-Lezhachi in Russia’s Kursk Oblast.
In addition, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck Russian drone control points near the villages of Komar and Zaporizhzhia in Donetsk Oblast, and near Kamyanske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
