Russian guided bomb attack on Pavlohrad kills 3 and injures 19

Russian forces attacked Pavlohrad in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Oblast this morning, killing three people and injuring 19 others, according to regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha.

The strike damaged a food industry enterprise, where a fire broke out.

Three people were killed and at least 19 were wounded. All of the injured were receiving treatment in hospital. The final consequences of the attack were still being established.

According to preliminary information, the strike was carried out with a guided aerial bomb.

A day earlier, on July 22, Russian forces attacked Dnipropetrovsk Oblast more than 40 times, and seven people were injured, according to the regional administration.

Overnight into July 23, Ukrainian air defenses shot down 11 Russian drones over the region, with consequences recorded in the Dnipro, Nikopol, Synelnykove, and Kryvyi Rih districts.
