After an overnight drone attack, warehouses of a logistics company in Koledino and a factory in Chekhov caught fire in Moscow Oblast, according to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

Sobyanin said drones had been heading toward Moscow Oblast since the evening of July 27.

According to Sobyanin, 390 drones were involved in the attack. He claimed that most of them were intercepted by air defenses “on distant approaches,” while another 81 were supposedly shot down near Moscow.

Moscow Oblast Gov. Andrei Vorobyov also reported the attack. He said a drone hit a multi-story residential building in Chekhov, though no casualties had been reported there.

At the same time, OSINT channels said a fire broke out on the grounds of a factory in Chekhov after the drone attack. According to Exilenova+, a drone struck a pipe at the Gidrostalkonstruktsiya plant. Russian Telegram channel Astra, however, said the fire was at the Chekhov Regenerative Plant, about 800 meters from Gidrostalkonstruktsiya.

The effects of the attack were also recorded in Koledino in Moscow Oblast. According to OSINT channels, warehouse facilities belonging to the logistics company 3PL (Third Party Logistics) caught fire there.
