Russian attack near market in Odesa suburb injures 3
Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure in a suburb of Odesa, hitting what regional officials described as a crowded area near a market and injuring three people, as reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Kiper.
Emergency services are working at the scene and casualty information was initially being clarified.
In an update at 12:33 p.m., Kiper said three men, ages 42, 45 and 81, had been confirmed injured. All three were in moderate condition and receiving medical care.
At about 10:40 a.m., Ukraine’s Air Force reported a fast-moving target heading from the Black Sea toward Odesa Oblast. Later, local Telegram channels published footage showing columns of smoke.
