Ukraine strikes Russian drone launch and command sites in occupied territories
Ukrainian forces struck several Russian drone launch and command sites across occupied parts of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Crimea on Sept. 7 and overnight on Sept. 8, Ukraine's General Staff said.
Near occupied Donetsk, Ukrainian forces hit a site used to store, prepare and launch Russian strike drones, according to the military.
Ukraine also struck drone command posts in Chornomorske in occupied Crimea and Zaliznychne in occupied Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Another Russian command post was hit near Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk Oblast, the General Staff said.
The extent of the damage and Russian losses is still being assessed.
"Work against the enemy's key military targets continues. More to come," the General Staff said.
