A Russian strike on the city of Pavlohrad in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk Oblast killed three people and injured at least 34 others on Sept. 10, regional authorities said.
The attack sparked fires at shops, market stalls and vehicles in the city.
Two emergency workers were injured while responding to the aftermath of the strike and were hospitalized, Ukraine's State Emergency Service said.
Emergency crews are working at the scene, and the full extent of the damage is still being assessed.
