On the morning of November 28, Russian troops massively attacked Ukraine with missiles and attack drones. Explosions rang out in a number of cities.
According to the Air Force, the enemy is using Tu-95 strategic bombers for the attack; their takeoff was recorded as early as 4:30 AM. In total, Russia employed seven bombers. The aggressor also attacks with suicide drones.

The Russians also attacked Kharkiv. The blow was inflicted by a missile, one of the largest districts was under fire, said the mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov.
Later, he clarified that, according to preliminary information, all the strikes were carried out on the territory of one of Kharkiv's civilian enterprises in the Kyivskyi district. Oleg Synegubov, the regional governor, noted that the Russians struck Kharkiv three times.
The enemy also hit infrastructure in Sumy Oblast with missiles. The Shostka community came under attack. The regional authorities stated that all the necessary services are working on the spot. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.
Around 8:00 AM, explosions rang out in Kyiv. Mayor Vitaly Klitschko reported on the work of the Air Defense Forces.
The Kyiv City Military Administration announced that as a result of a missile attack by the Russian military on Kyiv, debris was recorded falling in the Dniprovskyi district. There was no information about casualties or damage.
Subsequently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that debris had fallen in the Darnytskyi district. According to preliminary information, the debris fell on the territory of the enterprise. Several outbuildings and a truck suffered minor damage

Attack on energy infrastructure

Some trains are delayed
Ukrzaliznytsia announced the delay of six trains for one hour due to power failure.
