Russia attacks Ukraine's energy infrastructure: Slavutych in Kyiv Oblast completely without power

Russian forces once again struck Ukrainian energy infrastructure sites overnight into Monday, leaving consumers without power in several regions by morning, according to Ukrenergo and Deputy Energy Minister Oleksandr Vyazovchenko.
Russian missile and drone strikes left consumers without power Monday morning in the Donetsk, Kharkiv and Chernihiv oblasts. In addition, Slavutych in Kyiv Oblast is completely de-energized.
Specialists have begun emergency restoration work wherever security conditions allow. Restoration of previously damaged Russian equipment continues in other regions.
Overnight, the aggressor attacked Kyiv and the region. In the capital, Russians hit a medical facility, resulting in one death and injuries; in Kyiv Oblast, residential homes and critical infrastructure came under attack.
Kyiv regional governor Mykola Kalashnyk said Slavutych lost power due to the Russian attack. All critical infrastructure sites switched to backup power. According to Kalashnyk, the city has heat and water.
