Russian assault squad destroyed in Kupiansk

On November 13, Russians managed to break through to the outskirts of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, and landed their troops there. However, they failed to gain a foothold in the city, and the landing party was destroyed.

Local authorities say that as of November 14, the situation in Kupiansk is under control.

Consequences of damage to Kurakhove reservoir

Hromadske journalists recorded the consequences of the Russian attack on the Kurakhove reservoir in the Donetsk region. Active fighting continues near the reservoir.

The footage shows how water continues to flow from the reservoir destroyed by the Russians. It flows onto the highways, which greatly complicates the movement of both civilian and military vehicles.

Internal victory plan to be presented to Ukrainians

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that an internal victory plan would be presented next week, on November 18-24. According to him, this plan will contain 10 points.

Russians killed a civilian woman in Donetsk region

On November 10, a civilian woman was walking down the street on the outskirts of the village of Terny in the Donetsk region when Russians opened fire on her. The woman died on the spot as a result of a shot from small arms. Ukrainian law enforcement is investigating a war crime.

Court does not consider Tyshchenko's preventive measure

The lawyer of MP Mykola Tyshchenko filed 5 motions during the court hearing on November 14, where the extension of the MP's house arrest was considered. The defense asked for the recusal of the court clerk, the prosecutor, journalists, and the judge, as well as for the hearing to be transferred to another court.

The court failed to extend the preventive measure, and will continue the hearing on November 15.

MP Odarchenko sentenced to 9 years in prison

The High Anti-Corruption Court has announced the sentence of MP Andrii Odarchenko, who was found guilty of attempting to bribe former head of the State Agency for Reconstruction Mustafa Nayyem. Odarchenko was sentenced to 8 years in prison with confiscation of all property. The verdict can still be appealed.

MP Shevchenko is suspected of treason

MP Yevhen Shevchenko has been notified of suspicion of treason after he called for a “dialogue” with Russia. He faces up to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
