The Russian military attacked the village of Myropillia in Sumy Oblast late in the evening of February 6, reported the Prosecutor General's Office.

At around 11:20 PM on Thursday, the Russian troops reportedly dropped three guided aerial bombs on a two-story apartment building.

The attack killed three people, their bodies were recovered from the rubble.

The Sumy Oblast Military Administration noted that search and rescue operations are ongoing. It is likely that there may still be people under the rubble.

In total, two houses were damaged and an apartment building was destroyed as a result of this attack.

Overnight on Thursday and on Friday morning, the Russians shelled the border areas and settlements of Sumy Oblast 22 times. 26 explosions were recorded. The Khotyn, Myropillia, Krasnopillia, and Velyka Pysarivka territorial communities were shelled.
