A year has passed since the Battle of Debaltseve, a city in eastern Ukraine. It began on January 16th, 2014 and ended on February 18th, when Ukrainian troops were forced to withdraw.
Despite EU officially slowing down the process in March 2016, Ukraine is “still on track” for a visa—liberalized regime, assures Dmytro Kuleba, Ukrainian Ambassador at Large from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
