Russia targets Kramatorsk homes, leaves 1 dead, 11 injured

Russian troops shelled a five-story apartment building in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, with local authorities stating the strike was deliberate, according to the regional military administration.
The attack destroyed half of the building. At least one person was killed, and 11 were injured, with one in serious condition.
The Kramatorsk City Council reported that the Russian strike targeted residential areas in the city center.
According to Donbas.Realii, a service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, people may still be trapped under the rubble.
Other attacks
Russian forces also opened fire on the residential center of Kostiantynivka. Rescuers reported three civilians injured.
The attack caused fires in three private homes and an outbuilding, and a 14-story residential building was hit, with balconies from the second to eighth floors and one apartment catching fire.
In total, 27 private homes and four apartment buildings were damaged in Kostiantynivka, according to the State Emergency Service.
Over the past day, July 30, Russian forces shelled Donetsk Oblast settlements 42 times. A total of 692 people, including 67 children, were evacuated from the frontline.
