Russian troops struck Kharkiv with drones late on Sunday, killing four people, regional governor Oleg Synegubov, Mayor Ihor Terekhov, and police reported.

The assault began around 9:30 p.m., with multiple drone hits in the Shevchenkivskyi, Kholodnohirskyi and Saltivskyi districts.

Preliminary reports show four dead from the strikes.

Terekhov said the number of injured rose to 15. Synegubov reported 12 wounded, two hospitalized.

Among the injured are two children — a 12-year-old boy wounded by glass and an 11-year-old girl suffering severe stress.

The attack involved 15 strikes at six locations, damaging private homes, apartment buildings, a garden community and a civilian enterprise. Fires broke out, and all emergency services responded.

On November 22, Russian strikes hit five Kharkiv Oblast settlements with no casualties. Private homes and vehicles were damaged, the regional administration reported.
