Russian drone strike kills woman, child in Kharkiv Oblast

Russian forces hit detached housing in Bohodukhiv in Ukraine’s Kharkiv Oblast with strike drones overnight into Monday, completely destroying a residential house, killing a woman and a 10-year-old boy, and injuring three other people, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported.
Rescuers extinguished a fire that broke out at the site and recovered the bodies of the two victims from the rubble: a woman and a 10-year-old boy. Three more people were injured. The attack targeted civilian homes in the city.
Regional governor Oleg Synegubov reported that a 41-year-old woman and a 10-year-old boy were killed in Bohodukhiv, while a 22-year-old man, a 68-year-old man, and an 89-year-old woman were injured.
Over the past day, on February 8, 10 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast were hit by Russian strikes.
In the village of Zolochiv, a 17-year-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction, and in the village of Luzhok, an 18-year-old girl and a 73-year-old man were injured.
