3 killed, 13 wounded in Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast

Russian shelling and drone strikes across Ukraine’s Sumy Oblast killed three people and wounded 13 others on Thursday, the Sumy regional police reported.
In the Khutir-Mykhailivskyi territorial community, two men aged 37 and 33 were killed, while men aged 54 and 40 were wounded.
In the Velyka Pysarivka community, a 62-year-old man died and a 55-year-old local resident was injured in enemy drone attacks.
In the Esman community, four civilians — men aged 69 and 61 and women aged 50 and 73 — were wounded by a guided aerial bomb strike.
In the Vorozhba community, two men aged 64 and 65 were injured when a Russian drone hit a civilian vehicle.
In the Khotin community, a 69-year-old man was wounded in a drone attack.
In the Sumy city community, men aged 28 and 49 were injured in a UAV strike, along with a 23-year-old man wounded by another drone hit in the city.
Criminal proceedings have been opened in all cases under Article 438 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code for violation of the laws and customs of war.
