One killed, three wounded in Russian guided aerial bomb attack on Sumy Oblast

Russian troops attacked the Shostka territorial community in Sumy Oblast with guided aerial bombs, killing one person and wounding three others, regional governor Oleg Hryhorov reported.
Three wounded were hospitalized, including a 29-year-old woman in serious condition.
Two explosions were heard in the city of Sumy this morning. One struck a non-residential building in Kovpakivskyi district, causing a fire and damaging nearby vehicles. No casualties were reported there, according to Sumy City Council Secretary Artem Kobzar.
According to police, Russian forces shelled 29 settlements across Sumy Oblast on Thursday. In the Hlukhiv territorial community, a 39-year-old woman was injured by an enemy drone, and a gas station building and store were damaged.
Apartment buildings, private homes, a hangar, farm structures, an enterprise and vehicles were also hit in the Shostka, Sumy and Bilopillia territorial communities.
Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes) in all cases. The investigation is ongoing.
