The local Telegram channel Crimean Wind reported smoke in Dzhankoy following an apparent strike near the railway.
The SOF stated that this strike complicated logistics for Russia’s southern military grouping.

Additionally, a hit was recorded near a Russian fuel and lubricants base in Voronezh Oblast.
Local Telegram channels reported explosions in Sevastopol overnight. Crimean Wind suggested a possible strike on a GRU military unit, while Astra, citing NASA satellite imagery, reported a fire at the Chersonesos airfield.
Sevastopol’s occupation governor, Mikhail Razvozhaev, claimed the loud noises came from a military unit where the Black Sea Fleet was conducting drills with emergency services to practice fire suppression and disaster response.
