Drones attack several Russian regions. Oil depot in Lipetsk Oblast apparently hit

Explosions rang out in several Russian regions overnight into Tuesday. Online reports in particular mention a strike on an oil depot in Usman, Lipetsk Oblast, Russia, according to regional governor Igor Artamonov.
He wrote that a fire broke out at an industrial site in Usman district after a drone fell. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties.
Meanwhile, OSINT channels reported the local oil depot in Lipetsk Oblast came under attack.
Penza regional governor Oleg Melnichenko also reported a drone attack. He did not specify consequences.
Explosions were also heard in Sterlitamak, Bashkortostan. The Sterlitamak petrochemical plant was likely targeted.
Russia's Defense Ministry meanwhile claimed downing 129 drones overnight.
