A fire broke out at an oil storage facility in Velikiye Luki, Pskov Oblast, after a Ukrainian drone attack overnight into Thursday, regional governor Mikhail Vedernikov and local Telegram channels reported.

Vedernikov said unidentified drones targeted civilian infrastructure in the city, causing a petroleum products reservoir to ignite.

Russia’s aviation authority Rosaviatsiya imposed temporary restrictions at Pskov airport, and local authorities warned of possible mobile internet slowdowns in the region.

Russia’s Defense Ministry reported this morning that air defenses downed 102 Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Rostov, Astrakhan, Saratov, and Voronezh oblasts.
