Overnight, attacks were reported in several parts of Russia, including a refinery in Tuapse, an aircraft repair plant in Taganrog, and the Russian Aerospace Forces’ Baltimore air base in Voronezh, according to the mayor of Taganrog, Svetlana Kambulova.

Kambulova said Taganrog in Rostov Oblast came under attack overnight, and one missile was destroyed while the strikes were being repelled. Two Russians were reportedly injured in the attack.

The Telegram channel ASTRA reported that the 325th Aircraft Repair Plant was among the targets and that a fire broke out on its grounds.

In addition, according to ASTRA’s OSINT analysis, smoke rose near the Baltimor military air base in Voronezh. The regional governor said air defenses had destroyed “two high-speed targets.” Russia regularly uses the Baltimor air base to launch strikes against Ukraine.

The Tuapse oil refinery was also reportedly attacked for the fifth time this spring. One of the explosions overnight was heard near the plant, although it was not immediately clear whether the refinery itself was damaged.

The first strike on the tank farm in Tuapse took place on April 16, followed by a second attack on April 20. As Telegram channels reported at the time, after a drone attack, an oil slick covering 10,000 square meters appeared in the Black Sea, and what witnesses described as “oil rain” fell from the sky.

Drones again attacked the city of Tuapse overnight into April 28 and May 1.
