Several regions of Russia came under drone attack overnight, with fires breaking out at the port of Taganrog and the Ilsky oil refinery, according to local Russian authorities and open-source intelligence monitoring groups.

In Russia's Krasnodar Krai, drones struck the Ilsky oil refinery. The region's operational headquarters reported a fire at the plant caused by "falling debris" from what it described as downed drones.

An oil depot in the Russian town of Azov also appeared to have come under attack. Authorities in Russia's Rostov Oblast reported fires at two petroleum storage facilities in Azov.

Ukrainian OSINT group Exilenova+ also reported fires at two locations in the settlement. According to the group, in addition to the Azov oil depot, the strikes may also have hit the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant or an oil depot belonging to the company DonTerminal.

Explosions were also reported in the Russian city of Taganrog, where a port terminal appeared to have been struck. Exilenova+ identified the target as Kurganneftprodukt, a facility used for loading and unloading petroleum products onto ships.
