Russian drone attack on Kyiv injures 7, damages residential building and medical facility
At least seven people were injured in a Russian drone attack on Kyiv on Sept. 2, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
Five of the injured were hospitalized.
In Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district, a drone struck a six-story residential building, partially destroying it. A fire also broke out in a nearby three-story building.
A medical facility in the district was damaged, with some of its windows shattered. Preliminary reports indicated that no patients or staff were injured.
A fire also broke out on the grounds of an educational institution in the Holosiivskyi district.
Emergency crews were working at the sites of the strikes.
