Drones hit Russia's Volgograd Oblast, sparking fire at energy facility
Drones targeted Russia's Volgograd Oblast overnight into Thursday, igniting fires at energy infrastructure sites, regional governor Andrey Bocharov reported.
In the Kotovo district, debris from a downed drone partially damaged a boiler house building, Bocharov said.
Fires also broke out at fuel and energy complex facilities, with firefighters responding to the scene.
The Astra Telegram channel, citing locals, reported a blaze at the Lukoil-Korobkovsky gas processing plant in Kotovo, though no other confirmations were immediately available.
