More than 500 people have been temporarily evacuated in Vyshneve, Kyiv Oblast, due to the risk of repeated detonation of debris following a Russian strike, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported.

A regional state of emergency has been declared in occupied Crimea and Sevastopol because of the energy situation on the peninsula, according to Sergey Aksyonov, the Moscow-installed head of Crimea, and Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Russian-installed governor in Sevastopol.

A Russian drone struck the home of a large family in Ukraine’s Sumy Oblast early on Monday, killing a 13-year-old boy, his father, and his grandmother, regional prosecutors reported.
