Full 140-million hryvnia bail posted for ex-Ukraine presidential chief Yermak, anti-corruption court confirms

The full 140 million hryvnia ($3.2 million) bail for former Presidential Office chief Andriy Yermak has been posted, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACCU) told hromadske.
While contributions could be made over the weekend, the HACCU verifies available funds only on working days — meaning Yermak spent Saturday and Sunday, May 16–17, in pre-trial detention despite active fundraising efforts.
Yermak's attorney, Ihor Fomin, said the full amount may have been collected as early as the evening of May 15, but the situation was held up by financial monitoring requirements and the banking system's difficulties processing the payments.
Who contributed to Yermak's bail?
The HACCU ordered Yermak held for two months with the option of release on 140 million hryvnias bail.
The known contributors include:
- Roza Tapanova — a government-appointed attorney and member of the supervisory boards of Oschadbank and Ukrnafta, who after Russia's full-scale invasion became involved in a new concept for the Babyn Yar memorial. Bihus.Info previously identified Tapanova as a former business partner of Yermak. She publicly announced an 8 million hryvnia ($180,830) contribution.
- Serhiy Rebrov — a longtime Dynamo Kyiv soccer player, coach and former head of Ukraine's national soccer team for three years — contributed 30 million hryvnias ($678,120), according to media reports.
- Miralif — a real estate leasing firm registered in the village of Sofiyivska Borshchahivka near Kyiv contributed 9.8 million hryvnias ($221,520), according to Radio Liberty’s investigative project Schemes, citing sources.
- Ihor Fomin — Yermak's own attorney — posted 5 million hryvnias ($113,020).
- Serhiy Svyryba — an attorney and former partner at the Asters law firm — contributed 6.5 million hryvnias ($146,930), according to Schemes’ sources.
- Hryhorii Hryshkan — a Ukrainian actor, producer and civic figure — contributed a symbolic 666 hryvnias ($15).
