Russian strike kills 2, injures 5, hits maternity hospital in Kamyanske

Overnight, Russian troops carried out a missile strike on Kamyanske in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, according to regional governor Serhiy Lysak and the National Police.
The attack killed two people and injured five others. Two women, one of whom is pregnant, are in critical condition, while three patients are in moderate condition.
The strike partially destroyed a disused three-story building and damaged nearby medical facilities, including a maternity hospital and a city hospital department.
Approximately ten vehicles were destroyed, and residential buildings were damaged, with windows shattered in homes.
Situation in the region
According to the regional military administration, Nikopol district was targeted overnight with artillery and drone attacks, hitting Marhanets, Pokrovsk territorial communities, and Nikopol city. The shelling damaged cars, five private homes, two outbuildings, an entertainment venue, a shop, an administrative building, infrastructure, and a power line.
In the evening, Russian forces struck the Velykomykhailivka community with guided aerial bombs, killing a 75-year-old woman and injuring a 68-year-old man.
