Russians drone attack on Kherson minibus leaves 7 injured

Russian forces struck a passenger minibus with a drone in Kherson on Friday morning, injuring seven people, the city’s military administration reported.

The strike occurred around 8:30 a.m. in the Dniprovskyi district of the city.

A 19-year-old girl, three women aged 68, 50 and 43, and three men aged 71, 63 and 51 were were hospitalized.

All victims suffered blast and closed head injuries along with multiple shrapnel wounds to their arms, legs and torso.

According to the regional administration, the 51-year-old driver is in serious condition with a concussion, closed head injury and shrapnel wounds to his legs and abdomen.

Attack on Kherson Oblast

On Thursday, Russian forces attacked the city of Kherson and more than 40 other settlements in the region, the regional administration said. The aggressor targeted critical and social infrastructure and residential areas, damaging three apartment buildings and 12 private homes, as well as a veterinary clinic, service station and private vehicles.

As a result of Russian aggression, one person was killed and 18 others wounded, including one child.
