Ukrainian strikes have forced two major Russian oil processing facilities to halt operations after sustaining damage in attacks on Aug. 26 and Sept. 1, Ukraine’s General Staff said.

Ukraine’s Navy says one of its unmanned surface vessels struck the Russian support ship Nefrit in the port of Sochi, with a powerful explosion and smoke reported near the vessel.
