Russians hit the factory of Ukraine's largest hummus producer Yofi: production suspended

Russian forces struck the factory of Yofi, Ukraine's leading hummus producer, forcing the company to temporarily suspend product supplies, the firm announced on Instagram.
No one was injured in the attack because employees evacuated 20 minutes before impact, Yofi said.
However, the facility sustained significant damage, prompting the halt in shipments.
The company has begun restoration work and aims to resume supplies within a month.
Yofi holds about 70% of Ukraine's hummus market and produces 1,200 tons annually at its Kyiv plant, Forbes reported.
