When exchanging prisoners, Ukraine will return certain categories of people as a priority, said Ukraine’s spymaster Kyrylo Budanov at a joint briefing with the heads of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Foreign Intelligence Service, and the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights.

Russia has said it is ready to hand over the bodies of Ukrainian prisoners of war who allegedly died as a result of the downing of an Il—76 in Belgorod Oblast, said Russian Ombudsperson Tatyana Moskalkova, the Kremlin's RIA Novosti news agency reports.
