A video of the shooting of two Ukrainian prisoners of war in Russia’s Kursk Oblast has spread on social media, announced the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.

Russian troops opened fire on Zaporizhzhia, targeting infrastructure, regional governor Ivan Fedorov reported.

Overnight, drones attacked two distilleries in Russia’s Voronezh Oblast, reported regional governor Aleksandr Gusev and local Telegram channels.
